My husband and I still like Sultan’s Cafe food but the Customer service provided today was very poor. We miss the customer service provided by the other guys, the guys that were always there. They were always so nice. Unfortunately, new waiters don’t provide good customer service

I used to love coming to this place each time I would be in Dallas. This time I ordered the Mixed Grill with Turkish Salad and Cauliflower. The meat portion sizes had been reduced, the cauliflower side was cold and tasted awful. There’s definitely been a huge difference to what the quality of food was in 2018 and what they are serving today. The place is still popular for those who wish to enjoy hookah but not for those who enjoy quality food.
