Suddenlink is horrible! They will over charge you. I called to cancel my service due to moving and was told to call back at the end of the month. I called back at the end of the month and they wanted to charge me for all of the next month. I was never told by the agent I first spoke with that I would have to pay for the next month service.I asked if I could request a prorated amount since I wasn’t told that I would have to pay for the next month. I was told that my account would be submitted and I would hear back in 48 hours with the decision. Of course, I never heard anything back. I tried to call again to see what the status was, and was told again that they would submit my account. Never heard back, and got a bill in the mail for the full amount with a late fee.I called two other times after that to get the bill taken care of. Nothing was done and they turned my bill into collections. I kept trying to call they to take care of the bill and couldn’t talk to an agent. I only got a automated system. I HAD TO FILE A COMPLIANT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU JUST TO GET SOMEONE TO CALL ME TO GET MY BILL TAKEN CARE OF! When I finally got in contact with someone she said that since I called back at the end of the month I was responsible for the full amount and I would have to call the collection agency to take care of it. Total lack of customer service and communication. This company is horrible. I would NOT recommend them to anyone.

This is the worst internet provider I have ever dealt with. The wifi CONSTANTLY crashes. Numerous calls have been made to get it fixed and they do try to help, I’ll give them that, but the fix never lasts. A new router and cable box was installed but that didn’t help the problem either. I will definitely be looking into switching to a different company and never use Suddenlink ever again.

What a joke this local branch is, we recently moved here and for 2 1/2 months now I’ve had way way below sub par internet service ( paying for 450meg and only getting 13meg as of me typing this). We call and call but can never get through to an actual human being because of the terrible automated service. If I’m not able to get my service fixed soon I’ll have no choice but to file a lawsuit.If I could rate 0 stars I would!-A very disappointed customer
