This subway branch is not functioning at the posted hours, and the person inside clearly does not know how to handle customers or run a store.I went almost an hour before the closing time(Notice on the door said 8pm and I arrived at 7:05 pm), however I was still denied service. There are two doors to enter, and the inside door is locked. So there is no way for us to even talk to any person, but just see from outside. The man from inside waved at us saying the store is closed. I have filed a complaint because this is the THIRD time I am having such an experience with this store.I urge the management to monitor and possibly take action on the people running the store at this location. Honestly, these kind of experiences just ruins our interest in the Subway brand. I am never visiting this store again unless we get a confirmation that some action is taken.

Food itself is okay. But staff is kind rude. I ordered sandwich online and pick up in store. Since there is no instruction sign whatever, I go and find a sandwich on shelf with my name. However, the employee stop me with NO and using looking down attitude to give me lecture. I am not against cooperating with store policy. But their attitude just create very unpleasant experience for me
