****VERY SORRY*** if you already went here. I’ve been to so many different subways, and sure you have too, this? This is probably a independent/franchise. They run it the way they feel like. Open & close when they want. there is more bad feedback than good. We were only there one time, and like you, poor service, didn’t speak good English or understand. There ads were wrong. We never got to eat there, which is fine with us. Anyway I hope this helps.

In all fairness, Subway is a franchise/chain and must abide by certain standards.I have gone to this Subway 3 times in the last 2 months and I have to say that it is NOT ran well.1. They always run out of ingredients such as cheese, lettuce, meat… yes, the basics required to make a sandwich. A manager is supposed to properly inventory and order supplies to ensure there are enough ingredients.2. It seems the staff here is overwhelmed as well. There is always a long wait and today a lady was upset and commented that it took her 45 minutes to get her sandwich. I feel bad for the staff because they do their job but maybe they do such high volume that they fall behind on orders. Also keep in mind that due to Covid, not a lot of people are allowed in the store so maybe they can’t have more than 2 employees per shift, I don’t know.3. I placed my order online and it said my order was being prepared and they hadn’t even stated preparing my sandwich. Then I received notification that the order was ready and they were barely making the order. I go to Subway for the convenience and this Subway is very, very slow and I think it might be in part to them not have the managerial support. Customers took the slow service personally and started yelling at the staff and I think the employees try their best. Management needs to step it up and help their employees.

Worst people I have ever dealt with at a subway, I am a loyal subway customer, it is really disappointing how these “sandwich artists” treated me. The people running the store in coronado need to be trained to become more logical and kind to people.This gentleman messed up my order and didn’t own up to it, I was just getting cookies, and somehow he messed that up he didn’t even give me anything. This really made me really upset. Extremely disappointed!!!
