Subway discontinued pastrami sandwiches wouldn’t let me order from the app within walking distance so I placed order but I called up the subway two blocks away from work and Ruby patiently while putting me on hold called the other store and cancelled my order. She struggled with the app but managed to reorder my order at her store. Ruby beyond the call of duty while on the phone she explained everything to the other Subway store and cancelled my order unbelievable. She should be best employee of the month for her help or I would have wasted my time driving two mile away. A few bucks tips not enough for the friendships and help Ruby gave me

I have always liked this subway. Lately they have had to reduce their hours because of covid-19. Today I showed up as they were opening, although she wasn’t ready Ashley helped me immediately. Lunch is going to be good today, thank you Subway.
