I ordered online, which told me that I could pick up my sandwich at 0930 pm. I arrived at the store at 0930 pm. My sandwich was not ready. There were customers waiting. I told the employees to start my order after they are finished with the store customers. I also told them to make my order before any new customers arrive. The employees finished the existing customers and started taking customers who came to the store after me. I came at 0930 to the store and they made my sandwich at 0947. When I politely told them that they should have prepared my order before the new customers who arrived after me, they acted very rudely and said that it is subway policy that online orders are processed after the store is completely empty without any customers. I have proof of my arrival and my pick up time. For proof, you can also check the store cameras that prove that the employees prepared the orders of the customers who came several minutes after me. Please don’t go to this store!

I love this place! They give first-cleass meals, their menu is varied, The cook in that place is a real authority in the kitchen, I enjoy a lot tasting all their dishes. The food is consistently of high class, the service towards the guests is friendly. I visit often this restaurant and I not even once was unsatisfied. I recommend it to all.
