Sold us a 2019 with a laundry list of issues that popped up one month after purchase. RAY said they don’t claim responsibility. Walt sold us the car and wouldn’t advocate for us in getting repairs done. Desiree, the service writer, washed her hands clean of the situation. Car needs full fluid flush, belts replaced, filters replaced, and oil change (which was supposedly done at point of purchase). Desiree then lied and said we’ve put 3,000 miles on the car in one month. We are just under 1,000. Nice try lady.Word of advice, go to another dealership unless you want a lemon.

I got a new 2019 Buick Encore today. What a happy friendly team they have! Sonny and Ray in sales were so great, professional, kind and fun! Mike the manager was really nice. Shopping for a car can be painful. But surprisingly it was a very pleasant experience. They gave me a great deal and exceeded my expectations. Mr. Sass was super helpful in setting me up with all the tech stuff in my car. Thanks everyone at Suburban! I love my new car!
