The worse Subaru service center. Anybody coming here, don’t! Save yourself the headache. The people here will tell you one thing over the phone, and a completely different story in person at the service department. There is no regard for a customer in terms of timing nor communication. The staff working on paperwork doesn’t even communicate with the mechanics. If the staff doesn’t communicate among themselves, how the hell will they communicate to assist the customers??? On top everything, it’s things already paid for. The worse thing for any customer (a paid customer at that) is getting treated like you’re not a customer. Worse location ever. If I can give a negative rating, this place would never come near to being positive. This is definitely one for the Better Business Bureau to look into.
