We stopped by to ask for a quote. We were asked to email in what we wanted printed in our invitations. My fiancé did and she was supposed to get a template sent back to her, but never did. She had to go in person again, and took our invitations with her to drop them off and ask for them to send the template that day. She dropped off our invitations & was emailed the template. She gave the go ahead on it and they were supposed to be ready in about 4-5 days. My fiancé called after 6 days, letting them know she was ready to go pick up the invitations. They hadn’t even started on them. They said they’d be ready the next day by 4-5pm. She went and they only had half of them ready, and let her know that they ruined 12 invitations with their machine. She had to make another trip the next day and pick the rest up. When we counted all the invitations we got returned, we were missing 18, instead of 12. We were only given a $5 discount (basically the taxes). The invitations that were not ruined were decent, a few were smudged, but almost all of them looked good. However, I wouldn’t recommend due to the service.
