Had a great experience with Aileen last weekend! We saw a boot on final sale on the Stuart Weitzman website. We wanted to try it on to make sure it fitted. When we called the Palo Alto store, Aileen told us that they didn’t have that boot in stock in our desired size. However, she told us about a few other boots that were available in Size 7, as well as how similar in sizing certain styles were to the boot we wanted. Finally, she reminded us that when we come to the store, we should bring a pair of socks to ensure the most accurate fit. She was so very professional, courteous, and just pure helpful! When we showed up at the store, she was just as nice as she was on the phone. We ended up buying a boot we found in the store. It’s so nice to experience such great customer service. Thank you!
