Excellent service! The manager was very helpful. She made my move very easy. I was moving into waco from California with my belongings in the bed of my truck and I was concerned about it being stolen while I was staying at a hotel. All other storage facilities were closing at the time I arrive. Transaction was done over the phone and she had my unit setup and ready before I arrived. Clean facility, moving carts available. Recommended.

I give an honest review because this company has not been in ownership for very long. They are, from what I can gather, an honest company. I suspect that the majority of these reviews are either bought, or, fake. There is no way this amount of reviews can reflect performance in this short amount of time, less than half a year. This would either be an incentivized endeavor or purely fake.I say this to maintain transparency and portray integrity. This storage unit is very communicative.I have not experienced anything less than that which is displayed on their website, amazing customer service.Other than the extremely displaced reviews I would find this company to be 5 out of 5.

The store space Self Storage is ran by Tammy outstanding employee loves her job less than what she does on her job and take care of the customers with the unbelievable customer experience. The facility is always clean always readily available Gates not broke doors not bro they do a walk-through check your locks tag your loss so you know if it’s been opened or not great place to store your stuff staff on the on the side is outstanding highly recommended plus the parts that you get from being there it’s a good also I’ve already got a $40 Amazon card and $39 a month for a 10 by 5 is pretty good climate control the even. to be hard to beat that Waco Texas
