Clean Storage Units upon move in. Friendly Customer Service Workers. They don’t bother you if you need some time to sort though your belongings.The only downfall I can say is the closing hours is a little early for me since I work until 5PM

I’ve been late on my rent a few times and they are always respectful they don’t go out of their way to be rude about it. Always helpful and the bathrooms are clean. The multiple storage units without proper numbering is because some of them have been converted to one unit. Thanks storage west in Fullerton I will miss you guys! Much Love♥️ ❤️

This place has changed over the years. It was really nice awesome customer service before. These days the bathrooms are not 100% clean. It seems to be falling apart (literally) numerous storage doors without proper numbers. Their customer service needs improvements.The upside you could use their moving truck to move into your storage.
