He came to our home, took measurements and then sent us a new design for our living room. He continues to give us sound advice based on his experience and training. He studied design at Cornell University. Just an amazing experience.

This store is impossible to get repairs. We purchased a large amount of living room furniture last year. We had purchased their guardian program. Less than a year after we received the furniture the fabric on one of the buttons of the ottoman has peeled off. We called the store they asked that we call the decorator, she asked that we call the store. Finally they indicated that they will get back to us. Still waiting months later. And now the fabric has completely come off. All they care is about the one time sale. No repeat business. And I tell everyone I know how terrible Stickley is.Not to mention the troubles with not getting the materials we selected for the shades!Even worse. I first contacted Linda on 9/6/20. Had phone calls with the store directly several times and have been waiting to hear back from a mysterious and elusive Louise who has twice been in “meetings” when I called and they have no records! I am still waiting to hear back.

What a wonderful experience working with Diane Fox at Stickley! I felt like I hired my own personal interior designer because she took the time “before” our appointment to gather as much info from me as possible…..i.e. pictures of my home decor, floor plans, styles I like, etc. By the time I actually went to the Flagship store in White Plains, NY and met with Diane, I was excited to finally see all the sectional sofas in person. The minute I walked into the store I was blown away with the quality of the furniture and just knew that I had picked the right company to be ordering my sofa from. Mind you, I’ve been researching sectionals for the past three years and based on all the good reviews I’ve read in blogs, I was excited to finally be purchasing the Rolls Royce of sofas. In any case, my experience with Diane and Stickley was wonderful, especially because she took the time to educate us on their sectionals, as well as show us exactly what he had in mind. Also, I am in need of a new rug and Stickley is having a sale the beginning of June so I plan on going back for yet another successful purchase.
