Wow…just…wow. I have lived in upstate NY my entire life and I love stewart’s, however I walked into this store at 10am and it was completely empty. There were 4 employees behind the counter and one of them was scooping ice cream and the other 3 were standing around doing nothing (there was no one in the store but me). I understand these people work hard and I hate writing bad reviews anywhere, but I sat at the counter for a FULL two to three minutes while they sat there and smiled at me and continued their conversations amongst themselves. Someone finally got up and started to approach me as they noticed me leaving the store. I did not purchase anything and will not be going back. I have never experienced such bad service anywhere let alone my favorite stop & shop place in new york !

I often stop at this specific location in early mornings before work. Workers are super friendly and are always willing and ready to help customers. I love their breakfast sandwich (bacon, egg & cheese on bagel) – I get bacon in every bite on their breakfast sandwich in comparison to other places that only put one or two slices of bacon on sandwich.Milkshakes are made with Stewart’s hard ice cream so they are delicious! While making the milkshake, they weigh the cup when adding ice cream & milk so the flavor and taste is always the same – consistently is very important
