I had an experience where I was waiting 45 minutes for milkshakes. I wasn’t upset with the cashier working, but was upset with the other two workers sitting, ignoring me. I reached out to district management. A named Katilyn called me once and I missed her call. Called her twice and never heard from here. I never leave reviews but I wanted to stand up for the worker who had to do everything while 2 females sat there on their phone. She was amazing but there is no reason for all of the other things and the time I waited. It’s annoying when I take time to reach out to management and don’t act rude or ignorant they ignore you. But if you act a fool||rude you get heard? I don’t know. Whatever, won’t be going back to this location but even the district didn’t listen to me or reach out to me so maybe just forgetting Stewart’s all around!
