The quality is every bit as good as the boutique ice cream shops on Broadway.

Horribly understaffed and absolutely no urgency to serve the customers!

Horribly understaffed and absolutely no urgency to serve the customers! Everything is out of stock and the options are very few. Nothing seems fresh and the wraps just fall apart. The store isn’t very clean either. This store needs help. Stewart’s shop’s are going downhill fast!

Terrible nasty customer service. Employees here like to incite fights and have many issues. Not the first Stewart’s to have terribly lacking customer service skills and won’t be the last since corporate doesn’t respond to real complaints. Won’t be taking my business here.

Stewart’s is a convenience store that also sells ice cream. The quality is every bit as good as the boutique ice cream shops on Broadway. The only difference is the price…about half. For $2.99, i had an amazing maple nut waffle cone…with sprinkles!
