Staff very friendly and very helpful. The reason for such a low mark is because I went to buy my annual Christmas cards. This is the time I use my coupons since I spend so much money. Pulled out my coupons for my purchase and was told since my items were on sale they couldn’t use the coupons. One coupon was from the store itself and they wouldn’t honor it. Why bother to send customer or have a loyalty program and not honor the customer reward coupons?
