the set-up here is small, nonetheless I had a fantastic experience. The eye doctor was great and she was very thorough with her exam. Vicki was just the best – I almost left because I wasn’t sure if my insurance worked but she made the effort to call up my provider and sort everything out. She gave great advice but was in no way pushy. She is new to this branch and is an absolutely wonderful addition!!

Amazing customer service! The staff here were extremely professional and helpful! Sam did an amazing job making me and my mother feel welcome as well as helping the both of us find a pair of glasses that we love! He explained all of the options for us and tended to our specific needs. I could have not asked for better assistance. I would definitely recommend coming to Sterling Optical in Yonkers!
