It is 7:38pm on a Friday night and we needed a quick outfit. Door is locked and both girls inside refuse to open the locked door. One tall black girl (sorry but I don’t know how else to describe her) and a short Hispanic girl with black glasses deliberately ignoring the knock on the door to open. Finally, the Hispanic girl comes to the door and says we’re closed to which we respond it is only 7:44pm. She then says we’re cleaning up. When we repeat it is NOT 8pm she just turned around and walked away. One word…. UNACCEPTABLE!

I would give zero stars if i could, but google wont allow it. I have shopped at steps/kara before, but after my experience at this specific location, I will no longer be a costumer for this company any longer. The costumer service here is absolute trash, starting with the managers, they were super rude and have disgusting attitudes. I went in to see if they had a nice dress for my bachelorette party, but instead of walking out with a nice gown, i walked out feeling extremely disrespected. I WILL NEVER BE SHOPPING AT THIS OR ANY STEPS/KARA LOCATION EVER AGAIN.
