Always great place to spend time during fall when it is less crowded and you can truly enjoy boardwalk and the smell of ocean. Summer time is usually crowded and gets dirty with so many shops and restaurants around. Pick a day when it isn’t windy for a full enjoyment. There is an area where you can even fish. People do catch fish there.
