*You asked for it.*I’ve been shopping at Stater Bros. for YEARS. I grew up in the I.E. and, even though I moved away, every time I come back, I HAVE to shop at Stater Bros. I remember EVERY employee being friendly, the food being fresh, and getting a good deal for your money. Now, nearly every employee is rude (except the gentleman behind the deli counter, you rock!) the meat is old (the chicken breast I bought was BAD, not just a little past sell by), and the whole experience was just disappointing. I loved Staters, not only for the store, but the company as a whole and all it did for the community. Now, more than ever because of the pandemic, it hurt to have one of the bright spots of my homecoming visit become just… wrong.

I gave this store a bad review a while ago and I got a response from the corporate office. I did not respond to them because I wanted to see if they would actually look into the problems I had with this store. I am happy to report that they must have because I have stopped by this location on two occasions recently and I had a pleasant experience both times. The shelves were stocked and organized well. I was able to find what I was looking for. The meat department is still top notch with their service and I was very happy to see more than one cashier working. My cashier on both of my visits was a younger woman and I wish I got her name because she was very friendly and helpful. Thank you Stater Bros for listening to your customer concerns. I will be visiting this location more often now.
