If you’re looking to buy meat at this location, particularly flat beef for your weekend carne asada, I recommend you go else where. When you go and look at the meat, they give you a good presentation on one side but once you get it, the other side is covered in so much silver skin (tough memebrane) that they don’t clean. It makes the meat super rubbery and hard to chew, basically it makes the meat tough. I understand that some meat comes with it but we have never made a purchase where every single piece of the 5+ lbs. had this much. Very disappointing.

This is one of the cleanest stores in this desert I have never been to a store that wasn’t emaculant like u can literally eat off the floor it’s so clean!!!the people are so nice snd friendly!! They had a hell of a sale going for memorial weekend!!!
