Average Stater Bros., would recommend. Easy enough to get to location, plenty of parking. Store has updated layout (part of updates that have been occurring for last 10 years). Parking, entrance, restrooms, aisles and counters are all accessible. Lots of products, standard Stater Bros. Staff are generally all very nice, occasionally might have 1 that would rather not deal with, but doesn’t happen often if at all. Usually staff are awesome on visits. Will visit again in the future.

I’ve been coming to this Stater Bros. for i believe 20+yrs. The only reason I’m giving it a 3 is because of the commercials taking about your local butcher at Stater bros. So one time I asked if I could get a 1 1/2 inch Rib eye. At first the butcher said no but then changed his mind and did it. My steak was amazing . Then I went again and asked if I could maybe get 1 1/2 inch rib eye steaks. The butcher said absolutely no, unless they were on sale. Anyways the pictures I’m showing are of my 1 1/2 inch steak and my wedged salad and cheese bread. All ingredients bought at Stater bros. Believe or not. For someone that likes their meat rare and the thickness makes a difference ofcourse I’ll keep shopping here . Supporting the community and jobs.

If I could leave no stars, that’s what would be happening for this location. As I walked out of this store, I started sobbing because of the rudeness I received from the manager (a female with dark hair) and another employee. I have a medical exemption from wearing a mask and there was no issue with me not having a mask on until I had finished shopping and was standing in line to check out. I had just finished a 2 day road trip from the east coast with 3 kids and 2 dogs, was exhausted, had no food so needed to get stuff for our family, and was thinking I was going to get out of the store with no anxiety or issues. Then right before I checked out, everything hit the fan. I actually walked out because I was thinking the manager and one other employee (only 2 registers open) both were saying they didn’t want to check me out. I walked right back in because I needed that food for my family and I had just spent 30 min shopping for our groceries. The manager ended up checking me out but there was no kindness, only rudeness, and I’m not one to try and cause confrontation so the second I walked out the door I started sobbing. What folks don’t realize when they see others without a mask is that we already feel like the outcast, that everyone is staring and thinking terrible things about us, then you have to deal with rude employees and managers. Thankfully there was a very kind employee who offered sympathy, kind words, and even apologized.Management should really try to understand that if they see someone without a mask, they are still people. They still have hearts and feelings.
