I usually would apply a 5 star rating for my friends over at starbuzz smokeshop, but the new employee that works there, needs to work on his abilities to provide comfortable customer service. I spent over 1000$ there in the past week, and both visits to the store, i was surprised to find that i was missing multiple items i had picked out for purchase. And because they dont provide detailed receipts, i dont know if i was charged or not and the guy insists that i wasnt charged. This was never an issue with most of the other employees or the owner, Mike. Thry do have the best prices in NorCal and they have a ton of products that are high quality
