Staff are friendly and the location itself is clean- have not had bad coffee until now. I ordered 3 iced caramel macchiatos’ and it feels like it had no coffee at all. I figured I didn’t shake/mix my drink well and once I did, it still tasted like it had no coffee-pure milk and caramel. I asked the other individuals how their coffee tasted, and similar to mine- felt it had no coffee. Pretty surprissed by this, as this is a coffee stop, so what happened? Not worth driving back as I had to go into work but thought I’d give feedback so that it does not happen again.
