Very nice workers who have a lot of experience and they are always friendly and helpful to customers and they always spend the time to try and help out the customers and find the exact drink they are craving for that day and they are always very nice and helpful, trying their best to get to all the customers in time and they always have a smile on their face, I live right by the location and I’m an often customer so I have gotten to know all the employees pretty well and they know me that infraction makes one feel that they are wanted and they grow a bond with the employees which makes it a very cozy place to go to

After a strenuous but exhilarating walk up Verdugo to the plaza with the Regal Theaters (closed of course) i was jonesing for a big fat Cold Brew with Soy and thought about this drive thru unit, relatively new on Glenoaks in Glendale. If there were an unbearable (variable is personal) line of cars waiting i would have split but there were only about 10 cars ahead of me and so i fell in line awaiting my Venti cold Brew and possibly something to eat. This ‘bucks used to be a KFC and is small compared to other Drive Thru units but the cars were moving quickly and so i ordered the Cold Brew and something called a Southwest Breakfast Wrap as it is new and i was hungry. The order guy was pleasant and informative as was the order bearer who smiled and gave me extra straws and a cup holder w/o question. In this time of the CV. everything seems to be an issue and i guess here i wondered: why aren’t any of the employees wearing gloves much less masks. But i come prepared with antiseptic wipes for the cups and so it is not an issue for me.The cold Brew was perfect, strong: just what i needed after days of hiding myself from everyone and everything. I quarantined just in case and of course my WI/Fi was a hit and miss affair so i read and read which is a good thing. Has anyone seen the Symptom checker?Ok: so this SW Breakfast Wrap. Well as the photos show it is an ugly thing. I think it is fried at the manufacturer and heated in the ‘bucks’ 5 thousand dollars re-heating oven yet it is pretty boring. Southwest implies to me that there will be some zip as in super flavors and maybe even some chile flavors. This is not to be. I mean i get it on one front: this item has to appeal to everyone everywhere and so it is R&D’d to appeal to the middle ground. But for most of us in southern California used to some heat and attenuated flavors this item falls flat.I will be back for the convenience of it all and because all of the walk in ‘bucks are closed.Cheers!

Faster to park and go in than sitting in the drive through. Wear a mask for either pickup option.
