If you do get lucky, it’s a decent place to get some studying/work done.

Quick service and tasty coffee.

One of the only Starbucks in the area that is open 24 hours. Perfect place for late night coffee runs. Seating is a big difficult, because the place is so small. The quality of the coffee and everything else is standard to the Starbucks experience. Service was great every time I went there.

Super super busy, but the baristas here are super friendly! Mobile order is the way to go. Otherwise, you might find yourself waiting in a long line during random rushes throughout the day, especially during the morning hours.

I really hate writing negative reviews, but I think the absolutely terrible service I received warrants it. This has to be one of the most disorganized Starbucks locations in the Bay Area. After waiting in line for 10 minutes, I thought it was finally my turn to place an order. But, no. I waited for an additional 5 minutes and then they decide to help the person behind me and wrote me off completely. I felt pretty insulted, and left promptly afterwards. So, here is my advice: First, designate two individuals for online orders. Second, designate three individuals for making the orders and one individual for taking those orders. The morning shift seems to lack appropriate leadership and guidance. A complete mess.
