Typical Starbucks. Nothing new, except the store! The Inclusion storage is neat!Out of CBIC when I was there…next to a school and summer in San Clemente… think they’d prepare for that.Made my ice coffee well!!There was a woman with a blonde ponytail, getting very “bossy” around her coworkers and complaining loudly about not getting a break. She was destroying the calm vibes.They were screaming disingenuous “hellos” to people, not one person looked up to make Eye contact. Although I really liked when the barista announced she was starting my beverage. I like that!! Good idea!!I believe the shift on duty, the coffee master, was a man and seemed very calm and just going with the flow, but that other barista, was stepping on his toes a lot.Also the lobby was destroyed and they swept near the ovens 5 times. But that’s nothing new at Starbucks. Lol

They are closed all the time inside and it isn’t indicated on the app or at the store! I mobile ordered and had to wait in a long line in the drive thru instead of being able to access inside. I have been late to school too many times because of the poor service. Starbucks do better!
