Usually never have a problem here. The line is incredibly long most of the time though. One time, we had waited a little too long and an employee gave us a free croissant for the inconvenience, so nothing bad to say.

A typical Starbucks but it may be better to do a in-store purchase than doing a drive through. Their drive through gets busy with not enough space for the drive ups.
