Staff is very rude. Instead of asking what you want to order they just stare at you. I believe that if you’re working in Lubbock TX, you should be able to understand Latin accent. Everybody can understand me, but apparently the starbucks employees at this location cannot and instead of saying that they didn’t get it, they just keep staring. I don’t know how they got so many positive reviews, maybe they treat the stereotypical Starbucks costumers more appropriately. And uh, almost forgot… they didn’t have what I wanted. Go to starbucks at Barnes & Noble to have a better service.
