Came to a different location hoping previous visits to nearby Starbucks was gonna be different. Still got my coffee order wrong and had to re-explain what I wanted.. again. A LARGE SWEET FRENCH VANILLA ICED COFFEE WITH CREAM AND EXPRESSO. why is this such a challenge to make??

Coffee is never consistent. Some days they seem like they know what they’re doing and others I get the wrong thing. Just meh service. Noticed it has been this way since COVID started. I don’t think they’ve handled the changes well.UPDATE: Stopped here in a pinch because our local coffee shop is closed Sundays and a major fail again. Ordered an iced white mocha and was given milk and syrup with no coffee. When I told them it was incorrect I was told that it was correct and it’s always white; they would not remake. I’ve ordered it before and it’s a nice shade of BROWN due to the COFFEE. After questioning the barista she just stopped acknowledging I was there and waiting for her to make it right. Infuriating. Definitely not giving this location anymore of my money, very clear they don’t know how to make coffee.

Great and amazing people work here and they are do hard working! Rule of thumb if you decide to go here is to order ahead. They are always extremely busy and unless you want to wait for a while then ordering ahead is the best option. They make orders quickly and accurately. I have never had to return a drink here and I have ordered some pretty strange customizations on their menu.
