Great location to catch a morning coffee before an early morning lecture.

Its a bit overpriced, but the drinks are nice and reliable.

The staff is extremely disrespectful and uncooperative to make good coffee.

This has started happening in the last month or so, but they have made my drink wrong multiple times, and on one occasion they gave me the wrong drink entirely. It’s not a complicated drink, I usually just get the salted caramel cold brew, but they often forget to add the caramel, so it’s not sweet at all. It’s become a gamble.

THIS IS NOT A CORPORATE STARBUCKS. Its a franchise run by students. The service is near to poor. They wont make you pour over if they have a line (Which is always in starbucks). They also refuse to make drinks if they require 1% of their effort. Poor management but if you dont care for getting treated right then go ahead and enjoy your coffee.

I don’t leave reviews because I don’t like to complain and I know personally that food service is not an easy job. But Starbucks is the only coffee available on campus now. Yet their coffee is almost always old and watered down and they never get my order correct no matter how clearly i ask for it (tall pikes place coffee 3 shots of white mocha and 1/8 cup soy milk). Starbucks is expensive. For $4 a cup I just want to get what I ordered.
