This place is always busy and always seems to take longer to get my drink order than any other Starbucks in town. Mobile order is by far the fastest and best way to order here, otherwise you wait 20 minutes or more. There have been many times where they got my order wrong. The staff is nice enough for the most part.

The coffees and food at this location are really good. The staff is friendly. The wait is always incredibly long. Today there were only 4 cars ahead of us in the drive thru and we had to leave before placing an order due to having to wait over 30 minutes and only moved once. Something needs to be done about the drive they wait time. This happens every time we go to this location.

Great management. I placed a mobile order and after close to 20 minutes of not receiving it I asked for a refund. Instead management took care of it for me right away (shorter lady with short hair).She asked to see my app and figured out I had ordered at a different store.She then did not point and laugh at me, which I would have immediately done if I was in her situation.Thank you ma’am for making a bad day better.
