Was late to pick up my mobile order (they had thrown away all the orders that hadn’t been picked up since they were closing) and they made me a new drink even though they were closing! So sweet and will of course be back 🙂

as a seattle-ite this doesn’t feel like home since there isn’t a starbucks on every corner, nice try though.

The staff obviously works hard to get all of the orders out. However, if you’re a student looking to grab a drink between classes, be prepared for a long line and lots of waiting! It’s not too busy while classes are in session, so if you can get there when it’s not passing period, you should. Otherwise it’s best to bring your own coffee to school. Haven’t had a problem with the staff though. They’re pretty reliable.
