So I ordered on the app, Venti iced coffee splash of cream, tomato mozzarella Panini, the bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich without the meat… and instead was given essentially a cup of milk, was told that’s their “preset” amount of cream… not true. Was given A turkey Panini of some sort mushy, and the bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich had bacon on it that was ice cold(hence served why I ordered it without meat). I come to this location often, but I go to Sheridan and Bailey way more because they never mess up my order, they listen to us diligently. I don’t have time to blow before working all day on people’s skin and asking somebody to please remake my entire order. Highly disappointed. $19.95 for all items I can’t use. Thanks guys.

I’m sure the food and drinks are fine. The drive thru is a disaster. I waited in line for 15 minutes before I got to the window and then had to wait another 2-3 minutes while they finished preparing my order. Never again.
