Very frustrated – was in line for 14 minutes while the car ahead of me had the staff provide help on the app, it would be one thing if it was 1-2 min quick question, but I watched the phone get passed in and out of the window numerous times and overheard the staff take the time to go get someone else to try to help all while a line of cars waited. Sure they provided great customer service for 1 person, but neglected many others. I do not know why you would not ask the customer to pull up or come in for help. Looked up the number to call to speak to a manager and no phone number listed.
