Poor customer service, this am I went in to purchase a large Strawberry Açaí with a large cup of ice on the side.. the female who was wearing a head scarf on her head handed me a small cup of ice.. i advised her I asked for a large cup of ice and she then grabbed a larger cup than initially handed to me but clearly it wasn’t large and filled the cup halfway with ice as she was rolling her eyes. As a patron and a paying one, my guess is If I ordered payed and asked for it why is there an issue. Better training for the rude employee if you ask me.

This place is an absolute joke on the weekends. 30+ minute waits for mobile orders. The staff makes their own rules and tells walk-in customers that they only accept mobile orders. Then when the line ebbs slightly, they change their story to “we’ll take your order but you may have a 30 minute wait”. How about Starbucks staffs the store properly during busy times??? What a concept.

Worst Starbucks ever. Staff is completely incompetent and extremely rude. Two days in a row experienced this. Won’t be returning for a third try.
