They are always great. So accommodating and the bonus.is, they make sure the lid is on the hot cup of coffee, unlike one of their competitors.

I frequently visit this Starbucks location, and the employees are always so upbeat and enjoyable to chat with while waiting for your order (drive thru). The drive thru line is usually pretty long, but 99% of the time, it goes pretty fast. I’ve only had one order come out wrong. I couldn’t go inside to have it fixed because I was on my way to work, so online customer service issued a refund so I could return again for a replacement.

It doesn’t take much to start your morning off right. The Queensbury location goes above and beyond when it comes to this. I’ve been a frequent for over a year now at this location. Never once have I had a bad interaction with the staff here. They are all (somehow) morning people and it is an amazing thing to help get my day going! The entire morning team should be complimented on their consistency and ability to have that morning rush, get the drinks out and food out correctly and still have an amazing attitude. They are very personable and I feel as though 5 stars isn’t even enough to present how great they are. 11/10 would reccomend this location! Props to the manager and the entire staff here! Thank you so much!
