I had a very odd experience at this location. We were driving back to Queens and I ordered a large drink for a 2 hour trip back. Young lady worker gave me a tiny straw that fell right through, I asked her for a longer straw and she went… sorry we did not het those delivered to us this month. I asked her how she was expecting me to use small straw for big cup, she went… What do you want us to do not to sell coffee now? An older lady worker came by to hear me ask for a straw, smirked and walked away laughing. From that point on they just continued ignoring me and I left. Very embarrassing. Staff is extremely friendly and polite. Customers are always coming in yet the place never seems crowded as the staff is timely and apt. Store is a bit cold but overall a great place to spend a day in.
