The worst experience of my life. Refused to serve me because I wasn’t an employee. I am a rule follower and understand places have policies and procedures put into place due to the pandemic. Close the doors then and make it that you need to scan your badge to get in. There’s no reason as to why the doors are open and human beings are inside enjoying coffee but I’m not allowed. I guess Starbucks doesn’t think I’m a human being.

BE CAREFUL IF YOUR ORDERS RIGHT!..I got my order 8/9/20 9:54AM, My order was 5 pieces, I REPEAT 2 TIMES, she wrote right (I check the stickers) but when I come home and open my sandwich, it was not same as on stickers. SO BE CAREFUL ABOUT YOUR ORDER IF IT’S CORRECT! I got the picture…My wife is Vegetarian, stickers says no meat but a lots of meat in it. she was so Disappointed about her breakfast, I call the store but nobody answer so I decided to make a review on google.

I am an employee here at the hospital and I feel I was treated with disrespect by the Starbucks employee. They don’t listen to your requests (i.e. light ice) and typically don’t fill up your cup (which is inexcusable given the extremely high prices). Also the lines take too long and it always seems like it is understaffed. Overall, I think there is much to be improved.
