Ordered a drink with no ice and slightly customize. Came out perfect. Food items were fresh and warmed adequately. Staff was friendly and prompt. **BUT** there was a date label sticker in my drink. The manager offered my money back for the issue but in the times of Covid and cleanliness, I’m not happy with the situation.
I Never Was
The confusing bank-conversion of this location makes it very common for first-time visitors to reach the pickup window first instead of the order window. Though Starbucks has always delivered a consistent experience as a brand, this location dropped the ball with slightly-above room temperature coffee. The staff were at the drice-through were happy and helpful, but that didn’t quite make up for our lackluster order quality. Combined with the congested plaza area, we don’t see a revisit to this Starbucks location coming anytime soon.
