Disappointed with my order today. I clearly said no foam two tall-sized Flat White and Caffe Latte. I pick it up to go and when I got home and opened the lid it was foamy and as you can see empty from the top—AND THIS WAS BEFORE MY FIRST SIP. This is my closest Starbucks, meaning it would be a 15 minute walk.While it’s not my first time here. Other orders have been accurate in the past — this time around I clearly felt disappointed and feel like I didn’t get my money’s worth in my purchase.

This is the best starbucks I have ever ordered from. My team orders from them nearly every day, and they have NEVER gotten an order wrong in the past month we’ve been here. I love them.
