Just finished shopping and exchanging an item in target I was hungry and thirsty so I placed a mobile order to Starbucks in Throggs neck and even though they were very busy I still received my order on time ☺️

Consistently get the order wrong. Through uber eats, I order the same coffee that specifically does not have any instructions to put in milk in it (as opposed to the same coffee that says “with milk”), but yet 95% of the time they put milk in it. There’s no option to leave a note in uber eats to let these knuckleheads know to FOLLOW obvious instructions!Not only that, the phone number is completely inactive and disconnected so there’s no way to contact them besides giving em a warm visit. Great job!
