I placed a mobile order. I waited the 10 mins in my vehicle before entering the establishment. I was waiting in the mobile order pick up line. Three representatives were working behind the counter. I observed two children waiting at the mobile order counter. Another two children were placing their order with the cashier. A female walked in and joined me on the mobile order pick up line. Not one of the three representatives acknowledged us. I waited about 10-15 min and then a group of teenagers walked in. A representative went over to take their order. I stepped up to the counter to try and get the attention and finally the representative asked are you waiting for a mobile order? I said yes. How are you going to acknowledge and take others that just walked through the doors but not acknowledge the two people waiting on the mobile order pick up line? He didn’t answer me. He asked my name and told me to have a good day.If you want to use the mobile app and not reap the benefits of having fast service when walking into the door. If you want to stand and stare at your drink melting in front of you for 10-15 min? If you want to be ignored as if you’re invisible? By all means, visit this location. The management team needs to train their staff to keep their heads up and acknowledge everyone within a timely manner.

This shop is NOT dine in. They do not allow you to sitbin the store. No utensils. No milk or cream for coffee. Meanwhile they have 2 tiny tables outside being used by people for wifi. $10 for a wrap and coffee and make sure you bring yournown place to sit.
