Although it’s Covid time- (all of the tables and chairs are gone). The staff is friendly, the drinks are made quickly. And it is clean and roomy when going in to order. You can even order online and pick it up! Awesome!

A few weeks ago I visited your 2188 White Plains Rd, location for the 1st time. Besides being a long-time stock shareholder, my family visits various Starbucks locations in NYC. All are good, but never that one special memorable experience. That happened to me with one worker named Mia. A simple order I placed, but her attention, friendliness and really going out-of-her-way was unusual. Even through her face-mask I saw she was smiling. Top Notch attitude!Customer service will ALWAYS separate any competitors in any industry.I’m sure her colleagues – co-workers are awesome too, but I just happened to get her.
