I purchased a computer with Gary on 10/10 and he was awesome the whole way through!! He was very knowledgeable on guided me to the perfect computer for all my school needs. He highly recommended I purchase the warranty for any reason that the computer gets messed up. I unfortunately and fortunately had to come back because the display on my computer screen went black. Because I did get the warranty that Gary offered I was able to get my computer covered under warranty. Thank you Gary for always going out of your way to make sure I am taken care of! I appreciate you ☺️

A HUGE, HUGE THANK YOU TO DAPHNE AT THE PRINT COUNTER. SHE POLITELY GREETED ME AND ASKED HOW SHE COULD HELP. I MENTIONED TO HER THAT I HAD JUST LEFT THE STAPLES ON 17TH STREET IN SANTA ANA AND WAS VERY UPSET THAT I DID NOT GET THE HELP I NEEDED PRINTING A LABEL. SHE WAS SO PLEASANT. RIGHT AWAY SHE GAVE ME THE EMAIL ADDRESS TO THEIR BACK PRINTER AND WITHIN SECONDS CAME BACK WITH MY LABEL PRINTED OUT. SHE OFFERED TO SHIP IT FOR ME FROM THERE. SHE WAS VERY, VERY NICE AND SUPER EFFICIENT!!!!DAPHNE, I WANT TO THANK YOU AGAIN SO VERY MUCH FOR MAKING MY VISIT TO YOUR STORE A PLEASANT ONE!!!!!
