Worse service ever experienced. Had a defective HP ink cartridge which the clerk actually admitted that a supply of this product is defective. So you would think they would swap it out right? Nope, for one they were out of stock but had an XL version which they can totally use but cost more, so to balance it out found places to price match but supplier wasn’t acceptable, and.i know ehay is what they mean but other places that could be cheaper was disregarded. Talk about a defeatist and working against a customer. Thumbs up for the managers!! Poor customer service and this location i guess sells defective HP ink so buyer beware.
