The worst Staples ever. I started to print 100 copies and it was put in wrong way. I asked to stop the job the lady said its ok print everything then we will give you refund for that. When i finished printing i come to the register to get the refund the manager said i am not going to give you a refund it was your mistake. And it was saing in very rudee manners!!! Worst experience

The people that work here really don’t have a care in the world for their job because you can show up literally a whole half hour before they are supposed to close, and the the doors are already locked with the security gates being lowered…. Literally, not too long ago I showed up at 5:30-5:35 at the latest, and they were not set to close until 6pm, however when one of the employees saw me parking and about to come in, they ran to lock the door and then started setting up the security gates. Like really?? All I had to do was run in and pick up something for my daughter, and I guess they absolutely could not fathom the thought of being late to their drive home-___- My daughter told me that they close early, but I thought maybe it was just on the one day she went. Nope, saw firsthand that they can’t bare to help any extra customers that could mess up their closing time.However, on the flip side, they either show little care, or an over abundance of it! Another time I was shopping and looking around, it seemed every aisle I would go down, they would be sending employees to keep track of me or constantly asking me if I needed help, as if I was a criminal stealing something! Now, I used to work in retail so I understand loss prevention and what not, however, the over bearing, constantly following throughout the store and making one feel completely uncomfortable for simply SHOPPING is unacceptable. Then, nobody even approached me when I went to the cash register or tried to leave like I thought they would if they thought I stole something?This entire store is just so backwards and ran so badly, it’s laughable lol
