I had a great experience this time around. I called to see if an item was in stock. Kris answered the phone and found it for me pretty quickly. Nicolas helped me out by getting some sidewalk chalk off a high storage shelf when it wasn’t in the customer area. When I checked out, Kris was my clerk and again she was super nice and helpful. Very good visit. Thank you!

I bought a printer here with the extended warranty. I was told I can exchange the printer within the warranty time frame. I have to download the file on pdf then wait to see if the printer feels like printing and hopefully it doesn’t print only one tenths of the page before it says printer error. I’ve been dealing with the headache of printing paperwork from work for 3 months since I bought it. Now they say I can’t exchange it for a upgrade even though they have my warranty on file because they only accept returns for 14 days. I paid 49.99 for the 4 year warranty they didn’t value only after almost 3 months. I suggest you go to Walmart target or somewhere else for office goods. You only have 14 days on printer’s or anything electronic. They sell you garbage. It’s like going to crazy Gillian’s. RUDE management here as well.
