5:45pm-6:01pm. Last minute print job. Total of about 40 pages of BLACK AND WHITE copies. Charged for duplicates in color also. Asked for a manager. He just kept repeating rental fee and clicks and we don’t have control over that. They clearly don’t have control of common sense, nor attention to what their own computers are telling them, either. $76 for 40 copies. I won’t come here for air duster, moving forward (but if management is any indication, they’ll be out of it, as the employees are huffing all they can source). And the manager as he presented himself should probably take some remedial classes on English, as he seems to be under the impression that repetitive wild gestures at a printer do not, in fact, make a suitable substitute for a coherent explanation. Though I’m fairly certain $76 for 40 copies is indefensible in any language.
